I'd take her out and get her into salt right away. It almost looks like columnaris lesions. You don't know what happened to Ren right?

If you have jungle fungus clear it might be a good idea to use that instead of salt to rule out fungal infection.

Is the issue that black and then white spot? I would salt it, black out the tank and feed her as well as you can. I agree with the JFC and would also suggest any other meds that might treat flex... MaracynI and II work if you dont have JFC, though its quite strong.

I have AQ salt, but no Jungle Fungus Clear. I'll use salt tonight, and then get that later?

She seems to be doing a lot better even with one day of salt.
The bumps on her left side are going away, but she still has that big one on her right side. :/

What do you guys think I should do about the tank? Leave it? Treat it?

You have inverts in there right? I'd suggest salting it for a week just for good measure but that'll pretty much kill your inverts.

Invertebrates? I've got snails, cories, and a pleco. :<

The snails.. they dont' do so good with the salt. Actually salts not too good for cories either.

:/ Hmm. I knew it wasn't going to work with the cories or pleco in there. Not having scales an all.
Would a really low dose work? Or is that not going to be effective?

Did you just start the JFC? If it's not helping you might want to look into an antibiotic.

Yeah she's still bloating. But the thing is, she's got this huge nasty thing on her head. It's like it's infected and oozing white fuzz. :<
She's still pineconing, and still not eating. :C
